Shipping & Return
Note: Any order is shipped Monday till Friday just within regular business hours and overnight air shipping cannot be available for delivery on Sunday. The shipping method that we use is UPS Ground. We will send it by USPS if shipping address is APO/AE or P O Box.
There four modes of shipping used for orders with shipping destination within the Continental USA:
- Standard Ground Shipping - $9 plus $5 for all additional items (2 - 6 business days) Order must be got by 3 PM EST.
- Two Day Air Shipping - $25 plus $5 for all additional items (2 business days) Order must be got by 3 PM EST.
- Next Day Air Shipping - $35 plus $5 for all additional items (the next business day). Order must be got by 3 PM EST.
- Saturday Delivery Shipping - $45 plus $10 for all additional items. Order must be got by 2 PM EST on Friday.
- International Shipping (all destinations not inside the USA) - $40 plus $10 for all additional items.
For shipments to AK, HI and PR choose two Day Air shipping as there is no any Ground service in these states. The shipping days are all business days: do not include weekends and holidays.
NOTE: Insurance is not necessary at $5 for shipping.
Shipping And Title
We will ship products to the address you designate. The risk of the product’s loss passes to you when we deliver it to the shipper. All freight, insurance, as well as all the other related charges pass to you as well. Purchaser must be responsible for advising us of all the losses or for filing claim for any loss recovery.
Returns
Within the period of warranty, item can be given back for repair or replacement or in case the items are not in stock store credit must be issued, once "RMA" (a Returned Materials Authorization) has been obtained. But refunds are available only within thirty days from the invoice date.
RMA Information
- Shortages are to be reported within two days of receipt on our website or by phone.
- For any return you are to contact us for requesting an authorization number. Numbers and RMA information can be issued only by email. Unmarked and unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
- When requesting your RMA request, have the next information: order number, item number, the name under which order was placed, and the problem nature.
- All returns are to be returned in the box and original packaging material. Failure to do this way may invalidate the RMA and warranty.
- You have ten days from the day the RMA issued for returning the products, otherwise a 15 percent re-stocking fee will surely be applied. This period of 10-day doesn’t apply to refund period, of 30 days.
- All the returns are to include any driver disks, cables or the other Laptop Accessories or Laptop parts provided with orders unless otherwise authorized.
- Any return no matter if they are Laptop Batteries, Laptop AC Adapters, or any other parts of Laptop, are to be shipped prepaid.
- You will need your RMA number as a reference. Replacement can be shipped 2 ways:
- You are able to wait for the item coming back before our replacement shipping.
- You are able to request replacement in advance charged to the credit card which will ship right away.
- Credits and Refunds are available just after the return receiving, testing and verifying for authenticity.
- Our warranty can be voided if the product is not returned in its original condition like sold, matching the serial numbers and specifications for all the components contained therein. All non-conforming materials will surely be returned to Shipper, Collect.
